Why would my DrivePro Body camera fog up under particular circumstances? Is this normal?

Category : Specification / Capacity / Performance

For products with good waterproof performance, if the outside temperature or humidity changes drastically, the inside of the lens may fog up. After a period of time, the fogging will disappear naturally; this is a normal physical phenomenon.

Notes:

1.Transcend's DrivePro Body Series is guaranteed to be waterproof to a certain degree, so this is a normal phenomenon.

2.Please be mindful of storage conditions. Avoid storing the device in areas with excessively high temperatures or humidity.
