Why can't I use my external device (USB Type-C) on mobile phones or tablets?

Category : Specification / Capacity / Performance
When connecting an external device to a mobile phone or a tablet, please keep an eye on the power supply status, and confirm whether the format of the external device (USB Type-C) is exFAT / FAT32.

Currently, the external device (USB Type-C) format that most mobile phones and tablets natively support is exFAT / FAT32.

As a result, you cannot directly use the NTFS external device (USB Type-C) on these devices.
